After 15 years, the exhibitor returned to the place where it started, i.e. the airport in Polska Nowa Wieś near Opole. And yet again the Opolagra was full of interesting attractions. The John Deere classics rally – MaszynEra – took place for the second time. Almost 20 machines from the last century appeared at the rally, i.e. all those manufactured before the year 2000. The oldest model came from 1920. The rally machine was chosen as the John Deere Model 505N tractor from 1966, and its owner, Mr. Michał Przestacki, received a Segway Navimow I108E mowing robot as a prize, funded by the rally's Strategic Partner, Agro – Efekt Sp. z o.o.

The main prize of this year’s Opolagra – the LBT light disc harrow, sponsored by LEMTECH, was won by Mr. Matias Glombitza from Kierpień.

Machine demonstrations by Perfetto

An essential element of every Opolagra are live machine demonstrations. This year, PERFETTO prepared a demo of several machines it offers. The first was the Toro ProLine H800 rotary mower with a high discharge system, which guarantees comfort of use, precision and is ideal for finishing work during landscaping in urban areas and parks. The second of the presented machines was the Dingo TX 1000 compact mini-loader, which is the first in its class to offer a working capacity of 454 kg. Another machine that Perfetto presented during this year's Opolagra was the ECO25OG sand and salt spreader, a galvanized machine designed for year-round use, including in difficult winter conditions. It can be used to apply, among others: all types of sand, clay, rubber granulate, light soil mix, most pelletized products, crushed soil/garden soil, sieved compost and loam. The last of the machines taking part in the demonstrations was the Ventrac multi-purpose tractor, which was designed as a tool that can perform many seasonal tasks throughout the year. With the possibility of using over 30 different attachments adapted to each season, maintaining green areas and other municipal works will become even easier.

Agrifac demonstrates spot spraying technologies

In turn, Agrifac demonstrated spot spraying methods at Opolagra. Air assist, pulse width modulation and dose metering technologies built into the Agrifac machine showed how every droplet can land in the right place during spraying. These proven solutions ensure that the farmer can work more precisely and efficiently, achieving higher levels of accuracy and allowing the farmer to take care of the plant while reducing costs.

Challenges for fans of Farming Simulator

Also this year at Opolagra, Farming Simulator fans could find a stand with the latest version of this game in a joint project with the Gospodarz.pl portal. Challenges and many fantastic prizes awaited players. Everyone could discover the world of agriculture in the latest version of Farming Simulator 25 and try their hand at running their own farm, harvesting crops, breeding animals and developing their farm. The organizers prepared a lot of attractive prizes and Farming Simulator merchandise, which were waiting for their lucky winners.

Opolagra from a bird's eye view

Once again, the undoubted attraction for visitors was the opportunity to see Opolagra from above. Thanks to the Helipoland company, sightseeing flights over the exhibition grounds and the surrounding area were carried out in a Robinson R44 helicopter throughout the event.

Cancellation of the cattle exhibition

Unfortunately, due to the threat of foot-and-mouth disease and bluetongue, regional breeders' associations (Opole, Silesia, Greater Poland) together with the Polish Federation of Cattle Breeders and Milk Producers, decided to withdraw from organizing the cattle exhibition this year.
